About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Banquet Coordinator & Event Sales Specialist to join our team at Accor. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing events, conferences, and banquets to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage event logistics, including venue setup, catering, and audiovisual equipment.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their event requirements and preferences.
  • Develop and implement event concepts and themes to exceed client expectations.
  • Manage event budgets and ensure timely and within-budget execution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Fluency in Danish and English languages.
  • Previous experience in a similar role in the events sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
