As Senior Manager in Circular Product Design, you will lead the development of our Circular Product Design Strategy, collaborating with internal and external partners to set measurable ambitions and plans. You will also drive strategic projects linked to circular product design, working closely with Operations, Product Designers, and the Circular Business Models team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement our Circular Product Design Strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Lead strategic projects to develop clear recommendations on circular product design for senior leaders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive circular design principles across the organization.
- Develop internal sustainability standards on sustainable and circular product design.
Requirements
- Science-based background in environmental sustainability.
- Deep experience working with environmental sustainability and circular product design in a corporate environment.
- Strong project management and communication skills with an analytical approach.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to influence and collaborate.
- Proven strategic approach with flair for simplifying complexities and seeing the bigger picture.
