About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sustainability Partner to join our team at Novo Nordisk Pharmatech. As a key member of our Sustainability Partnering department, you will play a crucial role in executing our sustainability strategies and driving forward our sustainability initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead assessments of sustainability impact of business operations, changes via projects/nonconformities, identify areas for improvement and implement agreed initiatives, target and business objectives
  • Engage, communicate to and educate internal stakeholders to foster a culture of environment and social responsibility
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability into core business functions and processes, e.g. People & Organisation, Supply Chain as well as Customer Support
  • Stay updated on emerging sustainability trends, regulations, and best practices to inform decision-making and strategy development
  • Support the sustainability reporting process, gathering insights to communicate our progress and impact to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
  • A Bachelor or Master’s degree in sustainability or related field
  • Several years' experience in sustainability, corporate social responsibility or related fields
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to drive initiatives from conception to implementation
  • Excellent communication skills and high level of both Danish and English language
About the Department

You will report to the Senior Manager and work directly with your colleagues responsible for sustainability strategy, ESG reporting and Portfolio Management. The Sustainability Partnering department is a growing team with currently 24 employees and three managers supporting the entire value chain ensuring compliance to requirements from our mother company and regulations/legislations from authorities.

We are a part of the Business Support function together with Finance, Indirect Procurement and Legal. Novo Nordisk Pharmatech A/S has approximately 500 employees and is 100% owned by Novo Nordisk A/S.
