Job Description

The Account Management Intern will play a critical role in developing and executing account plans that drive sales growth and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding customer drivers of digital transformation and developing strategies to accelerate their digital transformation and strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute account plans that drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with internal teams to understand customer drivers of digital transformation.
  • Cultivate relationships with customers across multiple levels of their organization.
  • Leverage knowledge of Microsoft's product landscape, solutions, and strategy to address customer needs.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Sales, Marketing, Computer Science, Business Operations, or related field.
  • Strong desire and business acumen for consultative solution selling.
  • Exceptional negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
  • Legally authorized to work in Denmark.
