Required Skills and Qualifications

To be eligible for this position, you must have a PhD degree in electrical engineering or a related field, and a strong publication record in the field of power electronics.

You should also have experience in one or more of the following fields: design, implementation, and testing of power electronics converters; high-frequency power electronics based on GaN and/or SiC; gate driver design for GaN/SiC converters; multilevel converters; electric drives; simulation and analysis of converters (circuit level, FEM).

In addition, you should have strong communication skills, be fluent in English, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
