Responsibilities

  • We are seeking an experienced Java Developer to work with our Product Owner to clarify task requirements and propose better ideas or suggestions.
  • The ideal candidate will participate in the development process, including coding, testing, unit-testing, and code reviewing.
  • They will troubleshoot system issues, analyze errors, and propose solutions.
  • Deploying bug fixes and feature releases is also a key responsibility.

Requirements

  • The successful candidate must have at least 5 years of professional experience as a developer, with a proven track record of working with international organizations or studying.
  • They must have proven skills in creating scalable and resilient software designs.
  • The ability to follow established architectural guidelines for both design and implementation is essential.
  • Experience with standard design patterns and system integrations is necessary.
  • Working with Microservices is an advantage.
  • The candidate should be comfortable working with Test Automation and Scrum.
  • They must be familiar with current technologies, including Java enterprise applications, Spring, Hibernate, REST, and Amazon Web Services.
  • Self-motivation, good team skills, and the ability to communicate in English are essential.
  • Experience and interest in working in a distributed team are desirable.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Experience with Agile Project Management, specifically Scrum, is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Jira and Confluence is also preferred.
