About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at COWI A/S. As a key member of our drainage and climate adaptation team, you will be responsible for leading and facilitating projects that design and develop sustainable drainage solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and facilitate projects related to climate adaptation of drainage and sewer systems, development of integrated urban drainage solutions, and resilient and sustainable drainage systems.
  • Manage technical solutions within water and climate adaptation, including surface stormwater management, renovation and design of overflow structures, and interdisciplinary collaboration with colleagues.
  • Convey knowledge to junior colleagues and the team, and develop ties with others through respectful collaboration and delivery on promises.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with at least one discipline in drainage, and experience as Discipline Lead or Project Manager.
  • A degree in engineering.
  • Flair for customer and contractor contact.
  • Ability to work efficiently and structured.
  • Advanced communication skills in both Danish and English - both oral and written.
