Senior Automation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Digitalisation & Technology Service Department as an Advanced System Architect. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving the continued development of advanced production automation based on data processing and data exchange between many systems at Nordzucker's factories.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement a new and modern system landscape that aligns with Nordzucker AG's digitalization strategy
- Develop and implement a support and documentation strategy to efficiently operate the large number of systems used in the operational business
- Develop and implement system and interface solutions to increase automation and data availability
- Collaborate with various stakeholders within the company to ensure seamless communication and project delivery
- Successful completion of a degree in IT, automation technology, or a comparable qualification with several years of professional experience
- Experience in project management and leadership
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and independently
- Fluent in written and spoken English, with additional language skills (German, Danish, Polish, and Swedish) an advantage
