As a seasoned brand manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive growth and penetration of Nicotinell in the Nordics and Netherlands markets.

The role requires a strong understanding of the consumer health market, regulatory requirements, and digital media landscape. You will work closely with the global marketing team to adapt and localize marketing strategies, develop targeted communication programs, and drive campaigns and programs that enhance brand image among target segments.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in Consumer Health (over the counter) marketing function
  • Fluent in at least one local and English languages
  • Strong communication, presentation, analytical, & storytelling capabilities
  • Good understanding of Regulatory and Medical aspects of OTC
  • Experience working with experts (pharmacies, HCPs)
  • Strong experience with digital (strategy, monitoring, data analytics) – good exposure to e-commerce
  • Analytical skills – the ability to use and analyze data to drive improvement (Consumption data – Finance data)
  • Self-starter and self-driven
  • High agility level acting with speed - has courage to take appropriate risks
  • Strong creativity – thinks out of the box – creates solutions even if challenging
  • Can easily navigate in ambiguous environment and intensely rely on intuition to drive ideas – can effectively bring strong rational to intuition
  • Externally focused - driven by adding value to consumers and customers
