About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior R&D Engineer to join our FutureTech team at Spirii. As a key member of our innovation team, you will be responsible for scouting and developing cutting-edge R&D solutions that drive customer experiences and societal values forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the commercialization of Vehicle-to-grid and Battery-to-grid implementation in Spirii, driving innovation and growth.
- Develop and lead the innovation content of ongoing European-wide projects with external partners, taking responsibility for work-packages and ensuring successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with the team to scope and develop innovation projects, driving project success and growth.
- Engage with the organization to drive innovation content across departments, ensuring commercialization of valuable services, functions, and ideas.
- Contribute to partner meetings on concept and commercial operation of advanced services, including energy management and demand-response.
- Support sales projects with advanced needs, scaling commercial efforts in various countries.
- Participate in conferences and exhibitions, sharing knowledge on Spirii's capabilities and capturing new emerging ideas to benefit charge point operators and end-users.
- Communicate via webinars, podcasts, white papers, presentations, and other channels, effectively presenting and discussing advanced services.
- Present and discuss advanced services across the Spirii organization, both at meetings, townhall meetings, and company learning sessions.
Requirements
- PhD background with deep experience in R&D projects.
- Proficient in Python programming.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficiency in Danish.
- Other European languages (e.g., Spanish, Italian, French, Portuguese) are a plus.
