Technical Lead Opportunity
As a Technical Lead for AP Automation at Novo Nordisk, you will oversee resource responsibility for AP Automation standardization, providing input for procurement and handling technical clarifications before and during execution. You will prepare and participate in FAT, SAT, and commissioning, conduct competency mapping, and develop plans for automation engineers. Additionally, you will align best practices across AP Automation disciplines and manage stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee resource responsibility for AP Automation standardization
- Provide input for procurement and handle technical clarifications
- Prepare and participate in FAT, SAT, and commissioning
- Conduct competency mapping and develop plans for automation engineers
- Align best practices across AP Automation disciplines
- Manage stakeholders and develop strong relationships with Future Standards counterparts
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Automation/Electrical Engineering, Electronic and Computer, Information and Communication Technology, or similar
- Some project management experience and the ability to engage with stakeholders from diverse areas and backgrounds
- Significant experience in industrial automation projects, with expertise in SCADA/PLC/MES environments, communication protocols, OT/IT architectures, cybersecurity best practices, and tools to structure industrial data
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and effectively while securing task completion, with strong teamwork and leadership abilities in project teams
