Procurement Strategist

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Strategist to join our team at Novo Nordisk A/S. As a key member of our Strategic Sourcing Inbound Materials & Services unit, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing category strategies that drive business value and improve operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement or sourcing, with a proven track record of delivering results-driven solutions. You will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Develop and implement category strategies that align with business objectives
• Lead cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on sourcing opportunities
• Analyze market trends and supply chain dynamics to inform sourcing decisions
• Collaborate with global external partners to ensure seamless execution of sourcing initiatives

**Requirements**

• Masters degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in procurement or sourcing
• Proven track record of delivering results-driven solutions in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
