About the Role

We are seeking a talented Automation Engineer to join our team at Novo Nordisk A/S. As a key member of our automation team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our manufacturing value chain through automation and digitalization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement automation solutions to improve manufacturing efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for automation and develop strategies for implementation.
  • Work with advanced automation technologies, including MES, collaborative robotics, and industrial robotics.
  • Develop and maintain documentation according to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines.
  • Contribute to the development of a talent pipeline for junior professionals in automation and digitalization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, such as automation, IT, or robotics.
  • Proven experience in automation and digitalization, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficient in English, with Danish language skills a plus.
