About the Role
The successful candidate will be part of our IT Sales team, which is responsible for enabling point-of-sales (POS) systems, order placement, sales registration, payment, returns, and customer service solutions for the entire Salling Group. You will work closely with various stakeholders to deliver exceptional results and drive business growth.
Your Key Responsibilities
- You will be involved in identifying areas of improvement and developing innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
- With your expertise in retail and ecommerce, you will work closely with the team to develop and implement POS solutions that meet the evolving needs of customers.
- You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure exceptional customer experience and drive business growth.
