About the Role

We are seeking a talented and driven individual to join our People and Culture team as a Talent Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting ongoing recruitments, creating Employer Branding content, and performing administrative tasks.

Your Key Tasks

  • Research and identify potential candidates for recruitment positions.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and maintain the recruitment system.
  • Create engaging Employer Branding content for social media platforms and internal communications.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including data quality checks and event support.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong interest in HR and talent management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
