About the Role

\

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Writer to join our Clinical Reporting department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating complex scientific and clinical documents for submission to regulatory authorities.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • \
  • Write and prepare high-quality documents, including protocols, investigator brochures, clinical study reports, and briefing packages.\
  • Participate in cross-functional collaboration related to clinical disclosure and act as a point-of-contact for clinical disclosure matters.\
  • Perform surveillance of clinical disclosure legislation and drive development and optimization of processes, standards, and systems within Global Clinical Development.\
  • Interpret and communicate data generated from various sources, including internal and external studies and research documentation.\
  • Contribute to the development of manuscripts for peer-reviewed journals.\
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to continue the development of the clinical disclosure landscape and enhance the concept of transparency by design at ALK.\\

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • \
  • A relevant university degree in the natural sciences (PhD, M.Sc., or equivalent).\
  • At least 3 years of experience in medical/regulatory writing and a solid understanding of the clinical development value chain.\
  • Experience with clinical disclosure activities and a passion for staying up-to-date in a rapidly evolving field.\
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and strong collaborative skills, including a flair for training colleagues.\
  • The ability to thrive in a changing environment while maintaining focus on adding value and ensuring delivery on time.\
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with fluency in written and spoken English.\\
