Software Development ManagerAs a key member of our IT Research & Development Team, you will oversee the design, development, and implementation of cloud-based software applications.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Lead cross-functional teams in designing and developing cloud-based software applications using enterprise-scale cloud integrations.
- Strategize and implement R&D domain specific integrations effectively.
- Drive the adoption of the Enterprise-Integration-as-a-Service model for IT R&D functions.
- Leverage established integration patterns, re-use existing solutions when possible, optimizing efficiency.
- Sound knowledge of the Data Integration and Application Integration modules of IICS.
- Identify opportunities to use AI to streamline the lifecycle management of APIs.
- Expert level proficiency in application integration for orchestrating business processes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Ensure the security, reliability, and performance of the integration platform.
- Play a pivotal role in enabling integration solutions that span batch-data movement, data virtualization, and data replication & synchronization.
Requirements
- Experience in Life Sciences, Biotech or Pharma industry is a must have.
- Master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in developing and executing integrations, especially Integration Cloud component of IICS Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services.
- Strong knowledge in APIs and web-services.
- Advanced level proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, JavaScript or similar.
- Knowledge of and experience with Databases (SQL, NoSQL).
- Understanding of Biotechnology processes and regulatory requirements.
- Prior experience working with data science tools, operational systems using AI/ML.
- Experience with Agile framework, DevSecOps processes.
- Excellent Communication skills, problem-solving skills and technical expertise.
- Integration specific certifications such as Informatica Cloud Services Data and Application Integration certification preferred.
This role can be located in Copenhagen (DK) or Utrecht (NL) and is hybrid.
