Cybersecurity Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Expert to join our IT department (ITM). The successful candidate will become part of a team that ensures Systematic's infrastructure and applications are secure against cyber threats.

The Cybersecurity Expert will be responsible for supporting our software developers in ensuring they have the necessary abilities to develop secure critical software. This includes working on security incidents, threat analysis, event management, investigation, and reporting. Additionally, the role involves vulnerability management and scanning, managing and maintaining security tools, and ensuring compliance with IT security policies.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant educational background and experience within IT infrastructure and IT security. They should be proficient in Microsoft Defender/E5 security suite, frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials Plus, and information security technologies like firewalls, IDS/IPS, DMZ, access controls, penetration testing, risk and vulnerability assessment, investigative techniques, and authentication systems.

The Cybersecurity Expert will also have experience with Microsoft Hybrid Infrastructure and related Security Components, including Windows 10, Office 365, Active Directory, and Azure AD. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role, as well as the ability to maintain an overview of tasks and address any issues promptly.

Suitable candidates must present a clean criminal record to obtain security clearance and not have lived outside an EU or NATO country for the past 7 years.
