Key Responsibilities- Architecture Design & Implementation
Design and build scalable digital architectures and IT infrastructures, define and develop architectural blueprints, and ensure integration across platforms and applications. - Digital Strategy & Innovation
Stay updated on new technologies and lead digital transformation strategies, advise on cloud services, microservices, APIs, and DevOps best practices. - Technical Leadership & Stakeholder Collaboration
Guide development teams and align on technology strategies, align technology strategies with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, troubleshoot architectural challenges, and ensure vendor solutions meet internal standards. - Security & Compliance
Ensure solutions meet security and compliance requirements, develop secure architecture and protect sensitive data, and implement cybersecurity best practices with the security team. - Documentation & Support
Maintain documentation for architectural frameworks and solutions, provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field – a Master's degree is a plus.
- 7+ years of experience in IT architecture, including experience as a solution architect or in a similar role.
- Proven experience designing and implementing digital solutions in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks and agile methodologies.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Proficiency in key technologies: microservice architecture, API management, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and serverless computing.
- Excellent knowledge of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks, and RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and data protection strategies.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on optimizing performance, scalability, and security.
