We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to join our team in Aseptic Manufacturing Engineering. As a Mechanical Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the stability of our production equipment across Novo Nordisk global sites.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of mechanical adjustments, alignments, dimensioning and how tolerances can influence manufacturing processes. You will also be responsible for implementing improvement initiatives, developing skilled workers' and technicians' knowledge, and completing documentation with high levels of detail.
In this role, you will work closely with equipment responsible teams, taking preventive actions and driving improvement initiatives and optimisations across the filling production lines. You will also collaborate with various stakeholders at different levels across the organisation, contributing to a diverse and inclusive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the stability of our production equipment across Novo Nordisk global sites.
- Implement improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Develop skilled workers' and technicians' knowledge through training and mentorship.
- Complete documentation with high levels of detail to support operational excellence.
Requirements
- A minimum bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
- Deep understanding of mechanical adjustments, alignments, dimensioning and how tolerances can influence manufacturing processes.
- Experience working in a regulated environment, such as pharmaceutical manufacturing or precision mechanics.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
