About the Role:

  • The role will involve supporting the core team during the implementation of the EU funded project;
  • The role will require collaboration with government officials to design and improve government financial management systems;
  • The role will involve assessing and implementing large, complex ERP projects within a public sector context.

Requirements:

  • University degree in accounting, financial management, business administration, or a related field;
  • Good command of English (CEFR C1);
  • At least 10-12 years of experience in leading or assessing Integrated Financial Management Information Systems (IFMIS) end-to-end implementation;
  • Strong background in government financial management, PMF, PFM Reform, budgeting, and expenditure control;
  • Experience with Public Sector Accounting Standards and IMF Government Financial Statistics reporting.
