This position is based at our office in Roskilde or Warsaw, where you will join the Managed Services team within Vendor Management. As a Vendor Financial Specialist, you will manage and optimize financial matters for outsourcing contracts with third-party vendors.

You will set up and drive monitoring, measuring, and reporting on financial and cost performance of outsourcing agreements. Your goal will be to maximize agreed financial mechanisms in outsourcing contracts to ensure optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle financial analysis and provide business units with insights on outsourcing agreements.
  • Monitor and follow up on KPIs with financial impact.
  • Oversee financial and cost reporting, providing accurate and timely reports for decision-making.
  • Manage cost control for vendor contracts and highlight opportunities for cost optimization.

To succeed, you will need:

  • Proficiency in financial reporting.
  • Experience with financial analysis – ideally in a vendor management or outsourcing environment.
  • Cost control and budgeting skills, looking for opportunities to improve setup and performance.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in data and reporting.
  • Excellent cross-organizational collaboration skills.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
