\About the Role
\The Purchasing Assistant plays a key role in ensuring cost-effective solutions and delivering high-quality procurement processes.
\Responsibilities include supporting the organization in placing orders with suppliers, managing daily tasks/issues, maintaining purchasing documentation, and collaborating with stakeholders.
\Main Responsibilities

- Supporting the organization in placing orders with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.\
- Managing daily tasks/issues, prioritizing tasks, and escalating concerns to senior team members when necessary.\
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date purchasing documentation, including records of negotiations, contracts, and supplier performance.\
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and colleagues, to ensure effective communication and relationships.\
- Audit purchases made to ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures, reporting any discrepancies to the Procurement Manager.\
