Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced Agile Coach to join our team at Norlys. In this role, you'll play a critical part in shaping our organization's approach to work and driving digital transformation.

Your main responsibility will be to guide teams and leaders across the organization in adopting agile methodologies and developing a collaborative mindset.

You'll work closely with our Digital Transformation Officer, Nicolai Karger, to design and deliver training programs, facilitate workshops, and provide ongoing support to our teams.
