A postdoctoral researcher position is available in the Department of Computer Science at the University of Copenhagen. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to work on developing deep generative models, quantum computing, and their applications to medical data.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct research on machine learning and quantum computing applied to protein-ligand binding and other biological or medical applications.
- Develop deep generative neural networks for biomedical applications.
- PhD in bioinformatics, computational biology or a similar field.
- Several years of experience in machine learning and generative models.
- Expertise in molecular modelling and dynamics of proteins.
- Strong programming skills in Python and PyTorch.
- Good understanding of math and statistics.
