About the Role

  • Develop technical plans for inner park cable connections to offshore wind farm substations.
  • Specify performance and scope requirements for inner park cable system orders.
  • Lead the tendering process, negotiate with contractors, and implement individual negotiation targets.
  • Evaluate bids and recommend contract awards.
  • Collaborate with the implementation team to execute projects independently.

Your Profile

  • Hold a degree in engineering, preferably in marine, civil, or electrical engineering.
  • Have experience in medium and high voltage cable systems, ideally in offshore wind.
  • Be proficient in MS-Office and fluent in English with strong communication skills.
  • Enjoy working in an international team, have strong communication skills, and be willing to travel.
  • Be able to lead complex processes and maintain an overview in a fast-paced environment.
  • Identify with renewable energies and be willing to contribute to their advancement.
