About the Role

Ferrosan Medical Devices A/S is seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Quality Control team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our medical devices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent the Quality Control team in product development projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Support R&D and Operations teams in microbiology, endotoxin testing, and sterilization processes.
  • Collaborate with external partners and participate in audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide guidance and support to QC technicians, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Handle deviations, CAPAs, and changes, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Validate and verify microbial analytical methods, implementing new methods in the QC laboratory.
  • Prepare and maintain documents and instructions in the quality management system.
Requirements
  • Relevant work experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical, medical device, or food industry.
  • A master's degree in pharmacy, biology, human biology, engineering, or a related field.
  • Practical experience with QC laboratory tasks, including microbial test methods and endotoxin testing.
  • Strong knowledge of microbiological challenges and issues related to production of sterile products.
  • Fluency in Danish and English, written and spoken.
