Cross-Functional Launch and Product Expert

As a Launch and Project Manager at LEO Pharma, you'll play a critical role in driving the success of our European market launches and leading cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities- Drive the cross-functional launch for European markets, developing and maintaining integrated launch plans and ensuring effective communication and project management.
- Cultivate close collaboration with workstream leads and your team to plan and execute integrated launch plans, driving consensus on goals, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop and implement pragmatic processes and structures to support plan execution, including project management and coordination.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives, meetings, workshops, change management initiatives, and create follow-up plans and initiatives.
- Provide strategic communication and change activities support for brand integrated launch plans and launch readiness preparations.
- Meet project deadlines and proactively deliver on business objectives.
- Proven track record of launch and strategic project management experience.
- Master's degree in Project Management, Brand/Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of Project/Program Management experience in a life sciences organization, such as pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device companies.
- Excellent communication skills, including distilling information and leading organizations to action.
- Strong planning skills.
- Product launch experience is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated cross-cultural sensitivity.
- Oncology experience is desired but not required.
