We are seeking a highly skilled BI & Analytics Specialist to join our team at Whistleblower Software. As a key member of our Revenue Operations team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and operational efficiency through data-driven insights.
Responsibilities- Project Leadership: Lead data science projects, ensuring timely delivery, scope adherence, and business objectives met.
- Technical Development: Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and models, optimize and refine models for improved performance and accuracy, and integrate marketing platforms and tools via APIs.
- Communication & Collaboration: Communicate complex data science concepts and results to non-technical stakeholders, collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their needs, and advocate for a data-driven culture.
- Business Acumen: Analyze and interpret complex data to provide actionable insights, understand the SaaS business model, and develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Proficiency in programming and query languages such as SQL, basic Javascript programming, and minimum 2 years of experience in data science or a related field.
- Proven track record of delivering successful data science projects, familiarity with data warehousing (BigQuery preferred), data visualization tools (Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, etc.), and knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and HubSpot.
