About the Position

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as the Head of API Production Systems. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction for IT across API Production Systems, ensuring robust and effective IT support, minimising production downtime, and driving operational excellence.

You will be responsible for setting the strategic direction for IT across API Production Systems, leading operational sites 24/7, and overseeing daily operations. You will also establish strong Centres of Excellence (CoEs) and delivery models, ensure operational excellence on the shop floor and across sites through a robust and agile delivery organisation, and own and be responsible for API Production Systems.

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent in engineering or business and economics
  • 10+ years of professional experience as an IT leader
  • Extensive technical knowledge and experience within IT and automation systems in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience with senior management teams in Production or similar
