Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Process Automation Expert to join our team at NNE Inc.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the execution of engineering process improvement initiatives, driving change management processes within the Process Automation domain, and representing Process Automation in cross-disciplinary change projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translating strategic goals into actionable change initiatives and projects.
  • Driving change management processes within the Process Automation domain.
  • Leading the execution of engineering process improvement initiatives.
  • Representing Process Automation in cross-disciplinary change projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of professional experience and a degree in engineering—ideally automation, electrical, process, or marine engineering.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in PCS/DCS application development (e.g., ABB 800xA, DeltaV, or ABB SattLine) within Pharma.
  • OR significant experience in leading change management projects within cross-disciplinary pharma engineering processes.
