ChemoMetec A/S, a leading global manufacturer of cell counting and analysis equipment, is seeking an experienced individual to join their team as a Senior Life Sciences Service Specialist. Located in Allerød, Denmark, the role offers an exciting opportunity to work with renowned life science laboratories and companies, providing expert support for the successful operation of their instrumentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintenance and Installation: Perform routine service checks and instrument installations at customer sites, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
- Training and Support: Deliver comprehensive presentations and training sessions to customers on our advanced instruments, empowering them to get the most out of our technology.
- Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with clients, actively listening to their needs and providing personalized solutions to drive success.
- Sales Opportunities: Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities with customers, leveraging expertise to grow business and enhance revenue.
- Record-Keeping and Compliance: Accurately maintain customer information within our CRM database, adhering to all relevant policies and regulations.
- Collaboration and Development: Collaborate closely with the sales team, contributing to related tasks and driving growth through shared knowledge and best practices.
- Policies and Procedures: Develop and refine current instrument policies, consistently striving to improve processes and increase efficiency.
- Confidentiality and Discretion: Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive customer information.
- Travel Requirements: Spend approximately 80% of time traveling to various locations across the US and Canada, interacting with customers and expanding ChemoMetec's presence.
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree and Education: Hold a 4-year degree in Life Sciences (Essential)
- Customer-Facing Experience: Possess a minimum of 1 year of experience working directly with customers (Preferred)
- GMP Experience: Have 1+ year of experience working in a GMP environment (Preferred)

About the Role

Experience with cell culture and flow cytometry is highly valued, though not essential.
