Research Opportunities:
The Measurement and Instrumentation Section at DTU-Space is actively involved in several ongoing space missions, including autonomous optical navigation and guidance sensors. As a PhD researcher, you will have the opportunity to work on these projects, contributing to the development of novel electro-optical instrumentation and algorithm design. You will also be involved in the design of novel space mission opportunities, leveraging your expertise in image processing and embedded programming to advance the field of space navigation.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong academic record, a master's degree in electronical engineering or Earth and Space Physics and Engineering, and relevant experience in image processing and embedded programming. Additionally, experience with space navigation instruments and in-flight operations is highly desirable. As a member of the research team, you will be expected to demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects.
