Job Description

This Management Assistant position offers the opportunity to contribute to shaping a sustainable and liveable world. You will be working closely with the Senior Vice President (SVP) to manage business projects, facilitate stakeholder communication, and ensure the smooth implementation of strategic priorities.

Responsibilities

  1. Support the SVP in managing business projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and quality results.
  2. Facilitate communication among stakeholders, teams, and departments to drive project success.
  3. Perform daily administrative tasks, such as procurement, vendor management, documentation, and transaction coordination.
  4. Contribute to recruitment activities, onboarding, and policy compliance to maintain a seamless business operation.
  5. Coordinate complex travel arrangements for the SVP and senior staff, while also planning company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in management, Business Administration, economics, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in an administrative, HR, or operations role.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with local employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent English language skills with strong verbal and written communication abilities. Danish fluency is an asset.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality, collaborate effectively, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
