Director of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment

We are seeking an experienced QHSE professional to lead our team and drive our quality, health, safety, and environmental strategy forward. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality, health, safety, and environmental performance across our operations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the QHSE team and ensure the implementation of our QHSE strategy
- Develop and maintain quality management systems and ensure compliance with international and national regulations
- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement a long-term quality assurance strategy
- Represent the company in customer interactions and ensure understanding of expectations
- Take ownership of quality, health, safety, and environmental activities and ensure the highest standards of performance
- Establish and oversee quality management systems on a global basis
- Inspire a positive HSE culture and provide comprehensive reporting to management
- Support key stakeholders in project activities and ensure legislation adherence
- Extensive experience in leading QHSE initiatives and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in a matrix organization with a flexible approach to work and easily adapting to changing priorities
- Relevant educational background, e.g., within Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or similar
- Experience from a similar role, preferably in the renewable energy sector
- Hold a NEBOSH diploma or equivalent
- Ability to identify, implement, and manage new and existing quality tools
- Qualified lead auditor and strong understanding of ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015, and ISO45001:2018
