We are seeking a seasoned Technical Team Lead to spearhead our Android development efforts. As the head of our Android team, you will be responsible for driving strategic goals, refining development processes, and allocating resources effectively. With a strong background in Android architecture and mobile development principles, you will ensure seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams like product, design, and QA.

About the Role

As the Technical Team Lead, you will oversee the growth and development of your team members, providing regular coaching and feedback to support their professional growth. You will also define and monitor progress towards key milestones and objectives, leveraging agile methodologies to streamline workflows and maintain high productivity. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on complex challenges, enjoy full autonomy in your projects, and contribute to shaping the direction of our Android development efforts.

Your Skills and Experience
  • A solid understanding of Android architecture and release cycles, as well as hands-on experience in Android development using Kotlin.
  • Familiarity with Scrum or Kanban practices to support agile workflows, and ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively.
  • Skill in setting clear objectives that align with company goals, and above all, a high level of emotional intelligence and a genuine enthusiasm for working with people.

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is between $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. This figure includes a comprehensive package of benefits, including health insurance, pension, and flexible working arrangements.
