Job Description

We are seeking a Head of Global Marketing to lead our marketing efforts worldwide. Reporting directly to the Group CEO in Singapore, you will be responsible for creating and implementing effective marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.

Your primary task will be to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a marketing annual cycle that drives business growth.
  • Establish and execute a B2B-marketing and branding strategy to increase brand visibility, perception, and awareness through targeted communication plans and offline/online marketing campaigns.
  • Manage product and promotional programs to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Present regular reports to the leadership team and Board of Directors on marketing-related matters.

Requirements

To succeed as our Head of Global Marketing, you should possess relevant experience in marketing, including roles in team settings and solo work. A proven track record in B2B online/offline marketing related to tangible products, preferably consumer durables, in an international context is essential.

You must be self-driven, able to navigate cultural and linguistic differences, and adapt easily to a flexible working environment. Your ability to communicate effectively and lead cross-functional teams is vital.
