About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Procurement and Contract Manager to join our team at European Energy A/S. As a key member of our procurement department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and oversee procurement plans for each project, working closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Maintain strong relationships with a diverse supplier base, focusing on cost optimization and technical specifications.
  • Manage contracts to ensure alignment between client offers and procured goods/services.
  • Support cost-out and optimization processes by screening the value chain domestically and internationally.
  • Lead cost-out projects for selected categories, ensuring the right procurement strategy and suppliers are in place.
  • Drive the tender process for selected categories, including commercial evaluation and contract negotiations.
  • Perform supplier evaluations and coordinate performance assessments.
  • Participate in optimization/development projects for procurement-related tasks.

Requirements

  • A degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or similar.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with project procurement, preferably from the energy or process sector.
  • Business acumen and experience with contract management.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
