About Our Strategy
The LEGO Group has decided to dramatically expand its footprint in the gaming world, establishing a long-term presence in open platforms.
This role sits at the core of our strategy, driving the growth of our Fortnite audience and developing meaningful LEGO gaming experiences within the platform.
Your Role
- Manage our strategic partnership with EPIC Games, ensuring mutual value creation and reaching both short and long-term goals.
- Oversee P&L ownership, portfolio development, publishing, marketing, and user acquisition experience.
- Drive short and long-term integration with the LEGO owned ecosystem, including continuous development of in-house capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop business cases for EPIC Games to invest in, building in-house capabilities to create meaningful LEGO gaming experiences within Fortnite.
- Navigate uncertainty and make difficult decisions, while remaining driven by a unique goal - delighting as many players as possible with LEGO Experiences.
