Payroll Specialist for Mærsk in Aarhus

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team at Mærsk in Aarhus. As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for managing payroll and time tracking processes in a complex, international organization.
Key Responsibilities- Bi-weekly (6 groups) and 1 Monthly payroll reconciliation and new payroll preparation
- Paying salary according to 7 different union agreements
- Ensuring timely Social Insurance Tax Payment and Reporting
- Managing advance payments
- Reimbursement requests
- Continuous contact with partners, with the pension provider and with e-income
- Being risk aware and help identify, report, mitigate and track risks in the payroll delivery process
- Providing accounting files to Finance along with the necessary documentation for internal and external audit
- Managing the timely submission of RICC controls
- Facilitating knowledge transfer across different parties involved in servicedelivery in the current operating model, the core program team, external implementation partner, etc.
- Relevant experience managing payroll and time tracking processes in a complex, international organization
- In-depth knowledge of compliance and legal regulations for payroll and benefits in Denmark
- Broad experience with HR operations and an outsourced payroll model is an advantage
