Najell AB develops innovative products for new and expecting parents. Our main product categories include baby carriers, baby nests, and stroller accessories. With an office located in central Lund, we offer a dynamic and inspiring work environment.

Our Vision

We aim to continue our rapid growth, with plans to expand our team to over 50 employees by 2025. This will enable us to further develop our products and reach a wider audience.

As a Content Marketer, you will be responsible for analyzing and creating high-quality content to raise awareness and drive sales. You will work closely with our Commercial team and be based in our HQ in Lund.

Requirements
  • A data-driven approach to marketing and communication is vital for this role.
  • You should have an interest in driving commercial success globally.
  • Experience and higher education in marketing and/or content creation are required.
  • Self-motivation and a can-do attitude towards achieving our goals are essential.
  • Previous experience within an ad agency is highly valued.
Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze content performance for insights and optimization.
  • Create engaging texts for product descriptions, blog articles, and ads based on your findings.
  • Develop outreach communication strategies, including:
  • Advertising on platforms such as Google, Meta, Bing, Tiktok, Pinterest, and Ali-mama.
  • Newsletters and messaging.
  • Sales funnel communication to enhance customer satisfaction and encourage repeat purchases.
