Job Description

We are seeking an Organisational Change Consultant to join our IT & Automation team. The successful candidate will execute the IT & Automation OCM strategy for cross-functional initiatives, drive engagement, communication, and visibility for key initiatives sponsored by the IT & Automation leadership team, and ensure smooth adoption and stakeholder alignment.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Execute the IT & Automation OCM strategy for cross-functional initiatives.
  • Deliver OCM, communication, and engagement on key leadership-sponsored initiatives, such as Technical Onboarding.
  • Collaborate closely with the PMO OCM lead, subject matter experts, and other OCM partners to drive visibility and engagement activities.
  • Independently manage OCM initiatives, including the creation of PowerPoint presentations, storytelling strategies, and communication assets.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance execution and collaboration within the FFEx IT & Automation PMO.
