At the University of Copenhagen, we are seeking a highly motivated Postdoctoral Fellow to join our team in the Department of Neuroscience. As a key member of our interdisciplinary research group, you will contribute to the development of BrainSTEM, a pioneering platform for neurophysiological research.
The successful candidate will work closely with our team to design, develop, and implement technical solutions for BrainSTEM, including a relational standard language database model, semantic search functionality, and integration with other Open Science tools. Additionally, you will stimulate and support community uptake by working with pilot groups across the neuroscience community and presenting results at conferences.
We are looking for a scientist with a PhD in Neuroscience, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, who has proficiency in programming, data analysis, and visualization using Python. The ideal candidate will also have excellent communication skills, be highly self-motivated, and able to work independently.
