Role & DepartmentWe are seeking a highly experienced Digital Transformation Manager to join our R&D IT & Digital team, focusing on QC Lab Systems.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in laboratory information management systems (LIMS) and a deep understanding of quality control processes, IT systems, and equipment in a laboratory environment.
This role involves leading an Agile Team of 3-6 members as well as business colleagues, transforming product vision, business requirements, and user needs into a well-organized backlog and practical user stories.
You will work closely with your Product Team members and other IT&D colleagues as well as our colleagues in the business to enhance Quality Control capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business goals and stakeholder needs.
- Prioritize and maintain product backlog features and enhancements based on user feedback, business goals, and technical constraints.
- Function as the primary point of contact for the QC Lab business owner.
- Ensure the QC Lab Product maintains a validated state as well as all systems maintain a consistent level of supporting documentation based on procedural guidance (GxP and non-GxP).
- Collaborate with QC Lab users, your Product Team, QA departments and other stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful implementation of system enhancements.
- Track and report on product performance, addressing any issues affecting quality or user satisfaction, and optimize processes for improved efficiency.
