About the Role

This Senior People Operations Partner position plays a crucial role in supporting our expansion from a people process, policy, and experience perspective. The ideal candidate will have international experience and expertise in Danish employment law.

The job is based out of our headquarters in Copenhagen and involves close collaboration with colleagues across different locations, including India. As we continue to build a sustainable organization where everyone can thrive, this role is instrumental in driving growth and success.

  • Develop and manage onboarding processes for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Act as a welcoming resource for new employees, answering questions and clarifying processes.
  • Manage incoming inquiries to the People team, providing prompt and informative responses.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date People data within the HRIS, ensuring consistency and integrity.
  • Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks related to the People function.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Legal teams to strengthen cross-departmental processes.
  • Work with the People Enablement Partner to review and update employee templates, processes, and guidelines.
Your Profile
  • Minimum 10 years of experience working in a similar role.
  • Able to think systemically, anticipating broader organizational impacts.
  • Curiosity and commitment to continuous improvement within the People function.
  • Profound understanding of Danish employment law.
  • Experience working in an international scale-up environment, supporting offices worldwide.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Effective communication skills with all levels of the organization.
  • Highly structured and detail-oriented individual who can manage time and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Service-minded and proactive mindset, able to work autonomously and independently when needed.
