We are looking for a highly skilled HSEQ Senior Consultant to join our global team. As a key member of our HSEQ department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest HSEQ standards are maintained across all aspects of our business, from project development to operations.

About the Team

You will be working as part of a dynamic and experienced global HSEQ team, who are dedicated to driving excellence in health, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ). Our team is passionate about renewable energy and committed to making a difference.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years' experience in the renewable energy industry or a related industrial setting.
  • Knowledge and understanding of onshore and offshore project development, construction, and operations.
  • Practical knowledge and experience with implementing the ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, 14001 and OHSAS 45001).
  • A degree or equivalent in relevant technical, engineering or operational disciplines with professional qualifications e.g., NEBOSH, CMIOSH (or working towards it), or equivalent professional membership.
  • Flexible, dynamic, and agile work style allowing fast learning and the ability to synthesize complex problems quickly.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship skills with experience in building strategic relationships with internal and external project partners, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Understanding of risk management frameworks and incident investigation methodologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of producing documentation, reports, and presentations.
