Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate project activities, ensuring timely and high-quality deliveries
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including budgeting and scheduling
  • Identify and secure necessary approvals for project scope, budget, and schedule changes
  • Manage contracts and coordinate with procurement and subcontractors
  • Contribute to tendering and project management, reviewing cost calculations and assessing risks
  • Spot opportunities for additional sales and interact with stakeholders to turn ideas into projects

Requirements

  • Engineering education within electrical/automation or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in automation, especially commissioning of large control systems
  • Minimum 3 years of project management experience and motivation for further development and education
  • Motivation for working in a regulated industry with high-level documentation standards
  • Interest in technology and a commercial mindset
  • Good communication skills and ability to motivate and drive a team of engineers forward
