IGNITE Career Paths

• We offer six different career paths, each with its unique focus areas: Business & Technology Solutions, Insights & Data, Digital Health Services, Cloud & Custom Applications, Digital Customer Experience, and Package Based Solutions.
• Within these paths, you can choose from various roles, such as Project Management, Engagement Management, Change Management, Business Analysis & Architecture Technology Services, Data Analyst, Data Scientist, Data Engineer, Cloud Engineer, or BI Developer.

What We're Looking For

• We are seeking ambitious candidates with a strong academic record, excellent communication skills, and a passion for technology and innovation.
• You should be able to provide references and have a willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English is essential, and proficiency in other languages is a plus.

Benefits and Salary

We offer a competitive salary range of €50,000 - €65,000 per year, depending on your location and level of experience.
