Falck Global Assistance provides world-class assistance to travelers abroad, working with insurance companies and businesses worldwide. Our services include medical assistance, travel assistance, and claims handling, all of which are handled at our 24/7 emergency response centers globally.

We are looking for an experienced Nordic Account Manager to join our team in Sweden. This is a full-time position that requires excellent operational and customer service understanding from the Insurance industry or a similar services assistance business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and stakeholder management skills, as well as a natural interest in account management and customer support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Nordic insurance customers
  • Coordinate and ensure optimal operational delivery of services at the Nordic level
  • Prepare and execute customer meetings and presentations
  • Consider and input for renewals of contracts
  • Follow up on customer performance, profitability, growth, and reporting
  • Ensure contractual agreements and SLAs are kept in collaboration with the Head of Operations in Nordic countries
  • Support the development of strategic partnership projects and participate in commercial initiatives

The successful candidate will be based in Stockholm, Sweden, and will report directly to the Nordic Key Account Manager. The role requires occasional travel around twice a month. We offer a competitive salary of approximately $80,000-$100,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits such as a hybrid work model and opportunities for professional growth.

Requirements
  • Excellent operational and customer service understanding from the Insurance industry or a similar services assistance business
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills
  • Natural interest in account management and customer support
  • High proficiency in MS Office (Word/PPT/Excel)
  • Written and oral fluency in one of the Scandinavian languages (NO, SE, or DK) and English
  • Ideal international experience from a Nordic or global setting
