Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Health and Safety Specialist to join our team at Internetwork Expert. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our employees and clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health and safety, with a proven track record of implementing effective safety management systems and protocols. Your expertise will be instrumental in identifying and mitigating risks, developing and implementing training programs, and conducting regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

You will work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement strategic plans to improve our safety culture, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations for enhancing our safety management system.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Safety Management: Develop, implement, and maintain effective safety management systems and protocols to minimize risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  2. Risk Assessment: Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential hazards and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  3. Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee knowledge and skills in health and safety best practices.
  4. Audits and Inspections: Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications: A Danish Health & Safety qualification or Environmental qualification is highly desirable. A background in construction is not essential but would be advantageous.
